Playing softball tonight I was sprinting and dove at a line shot. I have never sprained anything or had any other injuries to my legs. This is actually a re aggravation from about 2 weeks ago.which I thought had healed enough to run around like I was doing pre hamstring pull. I read I should use crutches to help the recovery process. Is that too drastic? It actually is pretty bad, and I am not one to show pain, but this is a real biatch. The 1st time I did it it was bad enough where I limped around but not noticeably, now it just plain kills me to walk on it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
I have been icing it and keeping it wrapped up and elevated.
