I think I am finally the size that I want to be...
I'm 6/4 and right at 250lbs with a little more bf than I would like to sit at.
I don't want to get that much bigger, but I just want to maintain my strength.
I notice as I am losing this weight off me(due to dieting and dedication of 6 days a week, 10 months straight...not missing one single day),
but now I am starting to lose a bit of strength and it makes me feel weak inside.
Such as...I used to be able to hack squat 6 plates on each side for reps, but now struggle to finish my reps with 500 on the machine.
I am really working hard on my legs, because I too...as most do, never devoted a lot of time to my legs.
Does anyone have any quality suggestions, before I just start up my cardio regimen on how to keep on as much muscle as possible?
Yes, I eat a ton...like I said, my diet is on key.
I'm just tired of getting weaker day by day, and yes...I am shocking the muscles and changing up my routines.
