Suggestions???

I think I am finally the size that I want to be...
I'm 6/4 and right at 250lbs with a little more bf than I would like to sit at.
I don't want to get that much bigger, but I just want to maintain my strength.
I notice as I am losing this weight off me(due to dieting and dedication of 6 days a week, 10 months straight...not missing one single day),
but now I am starting to lose a bit of strength and it makes me feel weak inside.
Such as...I used to be able to hack squat 6 plates on each side for reps, but now struggle to finish my reps with 500 on the machine.
I am really working hard on my legs, because I too...as most do, never devoted a lot of time to my legs.
Does anyone have any quality suggestions, before I just start up my cardio regimen on how to keep on as much muscle as possible?
Yes, I eat a ton...like I said, my diet is on key.
I'm just tired of getting weaker day by day, and yes...I am shocking the muscles and changing up my routines.

You can't see much here, but here is a pic:
LOL at the farmer's sunburn!

So you're trying to lose fat and keep your strength? I'd say do it slowly.

Yea...I am losing the weight off me, but I see it starting to affect my strength levels.
I am not doing a bit of cardio at this time.
The weight loss has been attributed to my time spent in the gym and my diet alone(like I said...both have been consistent).
I have lost 20lbs of straight up fatass.
I was just wondering if anyone had anything good to suggest on how to keep all of my strength, before I just jump into throwing cardio into the mix.

Do I look mad in the pic or what?
That pic was taken at 3am(when I workout...since I work 70-80hrs a week).

Naaa, I workout in NRH...24hr on Rufe Snow.
Used to workout at Strouds all the time, but gave that up, mainly due to my schedule.

That's really good, considering I think you weigh like a buck fiddy!
Last week was my first week ever not hitting db's for chest.

I tried dumbbells on flat bench a few weeks ago when i saw a co-worker of mine throwing up 125s, so i decided id try a few sets. I will be doing db flat bench from here on out, theyre so much harder and i feel it so much more in my chest compared to the bar.

Thanks... Ugh, Dont even get me on how much i weigh. I was 164 three weeks ago and lately ive been slacking with eating/gym and when i weighed in yesterday i was at 154. Im back full steam ahead though.

Too bad there aren't any good routines to improve your face...

lol Just playin' man. I'm in full on bitter mode, as I haven't been out of bed for more than an hour or two at a time in a month now. As was said, to lean up without sacrificing strength, take your time. You should be able to get down to 10% or so if you do it right, beyond that it'll be a matter of sacrifice to go lower.

Down 10 lbs in 3 weeks? Fucking shit Mike, you're ridiculous.

BTW, I thought I'd be back in the gym with you guys this week, but my traveling just won't stop Oh, and I finally had my MRI review. Surgery! Going to try to do it at the end of next week, but we'll see how that works out. I'll get back with you guys soon, I swear.
