Is it okay to take the stuff continuously? What about the whole Tri-Lean system? Are you supposed to take some time off?
After the first few weeks, I began taking a second Hyperdrive each day (at lunch). If not, I'd be insanely hungry by 5 PM. Now I'm out of them, and it's taking a lot more willpower throughout the day to eat right. I'm wondering if I should get more to make things easier (it definitely did that for me) or if it's in any way harmful.
Surprisingly, my sleep and energy level has stayed pretty regular, even when I don't take the Lean Dreams.
