check it out : my new evening shake

since im not really " dieting" but just eating better.. i added a new post work out shake instead of a meal..

I throw this in..

227 calories.. 42g protien
8oz skim milk - 86 calories 8.4g protein
6 icecubes
1 banana about 120 caloreis 1.5g protein 15g sugar.
blend it up and drink it.

Other than the Betastatin I like it. Throw some oats in there and it's a great morning shake.

i dont have a shake in the morning. for breakfast i have some instant oatmeal and 8-10 oz egg beaters.

Me too but it's a nice change every now and then. It's quick and you can take it with you if you're running late.
