Rest up for a few days and see how it feels. How's your form?

So your form probably isn't that great? Can you handle the 85's pretty easily? You might want to drop it back down a bit if you're having a hard time with it...

Probably a nerve, i get it all the time.
I pinched another one in my back to day moving a big grill. I got the stiff neck going on again.

Might want to get that looked at. Those were my symptoms right before my neck ruptured. A slight pinched nerve, and a stiff neck. It would happen every so often.

You get that too? Every once in a while I'll be working out, and something in my upper back/ lower neck will get knock out of alignment and my neck will completly stiffen up. It usually takes a chiropractor to get me back to moving again.

It takes about 5 days or so to go away for me. Sometimes neck, sometimes just lower or upper back. I've never been to a chiropractor before. Sounds fun though.
