well little to no weight, all i have is a barbell and about 50lbs worth of weight.
what can i do?
i know the normal stuff pushups, sit ups, lunges, curles, and reverse curls for the triceps.
anything else i can do with what i got, i use to weigh 255 i started working at a gym and got down to 225 in a matter of 2 months and that was with me still drinking and just doing my own thing when the gym closed. now i dont have a gym and all i got is what i said. im estimating im back around 255 again and i hate it. i want to get back down to 225 or even 200 and still retain muscle mass.
