no weights

well little to no weight, all i have is a barbell and about 50lbs worth of weight.
what can i do?
i know the normal stuff pushups, sit ups, lunges, curles, and reverse curls for the triceps.
anything else i can do with what i got, i use to weigh 255 i started working at a gym and got down to 225 in a matter of 2 months and that was with me still drinking and just doing my own thing when the gym closed. now i dont have a gym and all i got is what i said. im estimating im back around 255 again and i hate it. i want to get back down to 225 or even 200 and still retain muscle mass.
thanks for the help.

there is, but it aint exactly got the most up to date equipment. my body is weird tho, i'll go through a "phase" where i'll gain weight to a certain point keep it then loose it in a matter of a month or two with doing little to no workout, and then i'll get to where i'll work out everyday and get no where.

Pull ups, good mornings, front squats, back squats and overhead squats come to mind.

I used about 40lbs total on a barbell for back squats the other day. I did a set of 50 squats and then 5 push ups and 5 sit ups. Then 40 squats with 10 push ups and 10 sit ups. Then 30... You get the picture. Try that workout. If you can, substitue the back squats for overhead squats and the push ups and sit ups with pull ups. My elbow is jacked so I can't do overhead squats and pull ups for a while.

There is so much you can do with some dumb bells, a bench and a ball. Almost 90% of my workout is done this way. By changing up my workout I have no need for big weight and tons of equipment.

Find stuff around the house you can use, I used to live out in the country when I was in highschool. There were days I wanted to workout but didn't have crap for weights around the house.
I'd use a tree for pull-ups, gallon or 5-gal paint cans (full of course) for arms, shoulders, etc , and this one I'm embarrased to say..I had a manual trans car back then and I'd throw it in neutral and push my car back and forth down my driveway. LOL, it was a long ass driveway and a hell of a lower body workout.

started to workout last night as I did back in the gym when I worked there. (for some reason I get better results by myself just doing whatever I feel like) Hopefully I'll see some results in a few weeks. I already feel tons better just working out one day.
