Benching is just getting boring to me now.
I have started to incorporate a lot of fly movements into my routine.
I did do a drop set yesterday as well.
Warm up with 85lb db's for 20 reps.
100lb db's for 15
120 db's for 10
Then work sets...
120lb dbs for 12, dropped to 90lb dbs for 10
120lb dbs for 10, dropped to 90lb dbs for 10
120lb dbs for 8, dropped to 90lb dbs for 10
I honestly haven't been under a 405lb bar in quite a while.
That is good weight, congrats keep it up.
Hopefully you are losing weight as you previously planned.
I'm down to about about 240lbs now!
No cardio either, lol.
