Snack type food.
Ok first things first, I workout during my lunch break at work and eat lunch at my desk. Because I work in a call center I can't fix just anything, it has to be something that's fairly quick and easy to chew. Reason I say that is cause I've tried powerbars and meal replacement bars throught the day but they're just really chewy and I get tired of those. The most common thing I'll snack on during the day is oatmeal, turkey sandwich, and sometimes crackers. The problem with those is they aren't very filling and I'm hungry again 45-60 minutes after I eat. Any ideas? What are you guys eating that fills you up but is still a fairly quick fix?
