Or anyone else who has some input on the subject...
We were talking about which supplements I could be using a while back to build up a little. Anyway, I waited until I transferred bases and the person leaving (who I'm replacing) is like this walking GNC. He told me what I should use and gave me a shit-load of shit for free. Basically, I need to build more muscle (especially for the amount of work I do in the gym). He gave me a 5.75lb bucket of BSN True-Mass (to take twice a day, like between meals). A 1.81lb bucket of BSN N.O.Explode to take before working out. And finally another 1.81lb bucket of BSN Cell Mass to take after work-outs.
Here's my situation... I've been at the gym on a good schedule for the last 3 months or so. I've built up somewhat, but I was mainly losing fat. I've just about completely cut cardio out of my work-out and increased the weights every time my reps increase. Little more results have come in, but they're there. Strength is definately increasing, though. Would that package above help in this situation?
