What's a Good Ab Workout??

I searched the forum but didn't find anything.. I'm 6 foot 190 and I have about 12-14% body fat I have the top 4 abs lookin alright I want them more defined though, and I'm tryin to get my lower abs showing better too. I'm in the marines so I run almost everyday and hit the gym 6 days a week. for abs I've been doing leg lifts and reverse crunches a lot now to try and bring out my lower abs. Can anyone hook me up with a good workout to get my abs ripped? Maybe I just need to diet better Thanks.

"L pullups" pullups with your legs out straight. If you can do them, it is a killer wk out. If you can't , work up to it.

Do leg lifts and bring your legs perpendicular to your body and lift, hold and release. Do sets of 30 and after a few workouts it should be alright.

Burn more calories through cardio.

Or decrease caloric intake. Like you mentioned...you could sub a meal for a protein shake.

I like optimum nutrition (ON) Whey Gold standard. It tastes ok and is pretty cheap. Not sure if GNC has them, but I know Vitamin Shoppe does.

Don't say anything about swimming. You should never come in contact with water anymore.
