that looks like 50-70g of protein. a waste considering that in most cases the body can only absorb 30-36g of protein every 2-3 hours(commonly accepted number)

D.
Pain, is weakness leaving the body.

Part of the reason I suggest he loses the milk, thats 24 grams.
Plus they say milk slows the absorption of protein.

It taste good I am coming off a PH cycle and trying to keep as much as possible. I have taken it down a scoop and less milk so it should be less then 50 now.

It was:
2 scoop M/M = 32g
2 cup skim = 18g
1/4 cup oat = 2.5g
Total protein = 52.5g

Now
1 scoop M/M = 16g
1 cup skim = 9g
1/4 cup oat= 2.5g
Total protein= 27.5g

IMO it's worse than before...

Go back to 2 scoops of whey and the 50 g of dextrose. Lose the oats and milk.

You are gonna add some fat with that shake..sounds like it tastes really good though.
It all depends on what your goals are and what you where you want to end up.
