You can lose weight with zero cardio. What does your diet look like?

Fat burners are garbage.

What about an eliptical with little-to-know resistance or swimming? Losing weight without cardio means a diet change (possibly drastic, in some cases). You have to remember, though, cardio = life. Dieting alone isn't always the best, health-wise. Fat burners are only aids to those who do both exersize AND diet right.

I have limited my diet down to vegetables, fruits, salads and water. the hardest part for me was giving up cokes.I am doing weights and push ups and crunches and the basic stuff and I am going to get a bycicle and see if I will be able to ride it, and as far as swimming goes I could barely keep my head above water before my accident, so I dont think I will be swimming

Well good luck with the weight loss I have been working out and watching what I eat since the begining of June so far I have lost 20 lbs. I went from 245 to 225 but my jackets fit me better now before my jacket would look stretched when I would button it but now it overlaps by 4-5 inches I guess I am gaining muscles.

Diet would be your # 1contributor to weight loss.., Once you are good to
go, diet and excercise would be best.. .

The weight will fall off when your diet is right

maybe skip the swimming and just do exercises in the pool (shallow end )... A guy I work with has really bad knees so he runs and trains in the pool. It provides resistance and its basically zero impact.

I'm 4 weeks in now and pretty impressed with the Venom. I had already lost 22 lbs when I started so I was down to the hard pounds to lose. I lost 4 lbs of water the first day. I couldn't retain water if I wanted to right now. I've since lost 6 more lbs of the really hard weight to lose. I surpassed my goals and keep making new ones.
Of course these results did include 3-5 hour long cardio sessions after 30 min of lifting a week, and pretty strict diet eating 5-6 times a day.

As far as I can tell, it acts like a fat burner, diuretic, and appetite suppressant.
