My girl takes those supplements, I'm pretty much following what she does, except she goes just about ever day and does a different weight routine.
I thought more muscle would help you burn calories faster. I want to drop body fat, but I also want to build muscle. Is it possible to accomplish both of those things at the same time?
I've been doing my weight 10 reps, 8reps, then 6 reps, incresing the weight each time so that by the time I get to the 6 reps my last rep is hard to do.
