8 weeks till wedding and No Idea what I'm doing in a gym

Ok guys, I'm getting married and we are going to Cancun for the wedding.. I need to look better then I do right now.

I have around 8 weeks to do this, but the prob is that I honestly have no idea what I am doing when it comes to what to eat.. how often, how much. what to do in a gym none of that.

I am in serious need of some guidance and maybe even someone to show me the ropes and meet up with me to push me.

anyone care to help me out?

just eat right, do some cardio, lift some weights, and enjoy your fucking honeymoon!

when I'm on vacation with my wife, the last thing I give a fuck about is if my tits are making teenage girls jealous

Im just gonna guess and say that not all people workout where they live.

And since this guy works in arlington, one of us in arlington may be able to help if he had access to the same gyms.

Eat 6 small meals a day and stick with your running, etc. Hit the weights at least 3x a wk, etc etc. The biggest thing is the eating. Get your metabolism spiked and burn through some of the the extra body fat.

a chicken breast and a cup of rice would be a small meal. If you can't do that..at least try to have a meal replacement shake to fill the void and keep your metab. running.

I get married in 4.5 weeks in the Bahamas. I started six months ago.
I have been eating WAY better than I ever have, lifting heavier than ever, and getting on the dreaded treadmill WAY more than I ever have. I went from 210 to 220 to 190. I readily admit I used performance inhancers. They worked great.
So there is your six month work......oh six weeks? Yeah give up now and work on your tan.

haha I've thought about that too lol but.. every little bit helps so I'm gong to keep trying.. I know I wont be ripped or anything but so far it is making me feel better and knowing that I'm working toward a goal gives me something to do as well.

I don't want to just sit around and get fat so if I start now then maybe I can get in the routine of working out enough to maintain..

as far as working on the tan.. I've been here in Hawaii for two months working.. you think I would go to the beach or pool or something!.. but i haven't.. so I am not doing to good on the tanning part haha
Thats what tanning beds are for haha.. now if someone could only come up with a "muscle bed".....

big bump flashstang! You need to eat very clean small meals....example
breakfast: 1 cup cereal/milk
2nd meal : 1 grilled chicken tender, half cup rice
3rd meal : 2 chicken tenders, 1 cup rice, some vegs
4th meal: half pbj sandwich on whole weat/ organic pb
5th meal: salad or another meal #4
6th meal: same as 2nd meal

I am assuming you work out after work so your workout would fall sometime between meal 4 and 6. so you would have a post wo shake with protien and glutamine. after you work out. Keep the supps simple, a blended protien and glutamine for recovery. The hardest part will be keeping from snacking, and drinking close to a gallon of water a day. No cokes/pop/soda or whatever you call it. If you want something diffrent from water then have a glass of juice. If you want to snack drink some water. tuna can be subsituted for chicken but thats your call. I used grilled chicken tenders because the are smaller then breasts. Good luck and congrats on the nuptials.
