Makes me wanna drop some weight! Maybe I can get down to 110 or maybe 100 if I try really hard! Oh wait, maybe it was that E-pol/Halavar thing I need......

ya I have been reading all of this too. very interesting.

what exactly will it do for someone that has a good diet already, and sits at about 11% Do I stand to loose anything or am I just going to be jittery all day.

It'll help your good diet get better, and give you the energy to do that all important cardio.

And zero jitters! Just awake and alert. I find that now that my body is getting more "used" to the Hyperdrive I feel a bit sleepy in the afternoons... but I still wouldn't take 2.
