I believe you are correct! Well, I already started the stack... I have done quite a bit of reading. I started 3 days ago. My first workout with it was chest. I did 8, 6, 4. Raising the weight 20-30 ea. time. Did inclines flys etc. Tore up my chest, and triceps bad! The next day, I did biceps and abs, and jacked them up too. Today, I truely, can tell a difference in size in those muscle groups.

I am going to get the PCT tomorrow or the next day.


To start, biceps are 13.5 in. I would like to see 16-17, that would be cool. I also hope to increase bench about 30-40 lbs.

Man...Im really happy you did some research and you are not going to keep going. Most of the high school kids make a fool of themselves on bodybuilding.com....They ask questions and dont listen. They can really mess you up if you are not careful.

You are in the right age group to lift...eat lots of food/protein and lift heavy. You are in the right age group to grow fast.

I dont see why someone who never works out or is yet so young would need to use a stack, period. Thats like me, never drag racing before in my life then getting behind the wheel of a top fuel dragster. Baby steps my friend, baby steps.

Im sure you're going to get some gyno for sure at your age, even only using one cycle.

Sounds like you've got a bit more learning to do. The body is primarily made up of water, and your body weight will fluctuate throughout the day, depending on fluid intake, salt content, the type of diet (carbs will make you retain water) and when your last pee was. A pound of water is nothing.

If you weigh 189 and you only bench 185, i think your goals are in the wrong order.... I would be more focused on losing weight, but hey, your goals are your goals.

Goodluck with your future liver failure or what other side effects you get from taking a stack being way underaged!

You are too young for prohomones. That being said....as young as your muscle tissue is and with the amount of naturally produced test that you have running through your system at your age....a diet high in protein with good carbs and maybe some creatine cycling would benefit you. Keep it safe and play it smart by building a solid foundation now....getting your form down etc....and then when the natural hormones slow down and you have hit a plateau phase....then hit that shit. Just MHO.

It cracks me up when i see ppl under 21 juicing or popping all kinds of PH and other shit.. LOL at that stage you are in the HIGHT of your natural test production and shouldnt to shit to alter it because in the long run you are going to fuck yoru shit up. I didn't listen when I was his age....shit....sometimes I still don't. Of course, making mistakes and suffering their consequences is part of life....if we didn't, we wouldn't learn anything. In this particular case, I just hope the consequences are not severe....the kid(no offense) is not trying to do anything that we wouldn't do....just a bit younger than most would reccommend.

Are you seriously 17? So you're gonna trade being a slightly larger little bitch now, for small nuts and bitch tits the rest of your life? It's not hard at all to do it natural in highschool. At 17 I had a >300lb bench and mid 400lb squat with a higher protein intake. It just takes a smart and consistent workout plan. I would suggest stopping now and starting a PCT. I have alot of friends now in the 23-24 age range that wish they would have stayed away from the PH's when they were in highschool. It's only taken them a few years to realize that.

Oh and 17 months of working out is still "n00b" status. You haven't even found out what your body responds to at that point. Most of the people that are giving you advice are 10 years plus.

Do something for yourself and stop that shit. then in a few years when you are at a plateau, get to stabbing if you still have the desire.

It's also the older peoples jobs to inform the kid it's a bad idea. Some people do listen at that age. I did myself, because I knew that being big now isn't as important as being able to function later.

I'd rather learn from someone elses mistakes than my own...but maybe thats just me

trust me.. k know what you mean. i have read and studied TONS on books on weight lifting and how things Should work.. but till you go out and do it and figure out that the book is a generalised direction to take, and often not practical in the real world.. you just have to take things with a pinch of salt.
