Four Weeks done on Tri-Lean

Well, here's my 4 week progress report. I just finished the 4th week on Tri-Lean, still about 8 more to go.

Starting weight - 294.5
4 week weight - 282

Pictures:

I'm pretty stoked about the progress so far, even though I didn't drop the 20-25 pounds in a month like a lot of other folks, I feel I've made great strides.

The real work begins now....

Did you take measurements?

I've been thinking about hopping on it to help push down to my goal.

Damn Matt you can see a bit of a difference. Hard work is certainly paying off. If you cut out the drinking entirely how much do you think you would have lost by now?

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

Just finished measurements

Measurements from March 2008
Chest: 53 in
Stomach: 53 in
Neck: 18.5 in

Measurements for today
Chest: 51 in
Stomach: 49 in
Neck: 18 in

Arms and legs have all stayed the same.

But I haven't really started hitting the weights hard, I was just getting back in the swing of things. Like I said the real progress starts today.

I cut down to just two days a week. Which is huge. But I don't know how much of a difference it really would make. I'm not drinking as much as I used to, as I don't have the calories in me to be able to.

I'd say maybe a few more pounds.

Ultimate Goal is 240, and I'm not cutting my hair til then

I was doing the same thing (hair/beard) I trimmed the beard this morning (still kept it) and the hair stays until I hit 200. 5 more lbs

I'm curious as to what sort of results I'd get from using it along with dieting and cardio. I'm pretty much skin and bones as it is but I've got a little extra in the gut that I want to get rid of.

Good job man, keep it up!

Just curious... how much would you attribute to the supplements, and how much would you attribute to the workouts and dieting? I mean, do you think you would have made the same progress without the supplements?

I don't think I would have. If anything the Tri-Lean has really changed my overall "gumption" level. It's made me more alert, given me more energy, in turn giving me the desire to work out and diet.

I've done this sort of thing off and on over the years, but never at this level, or with this much conviction

My stomach is GROWLING. I took one hyperdrive and one of the purple pills. I brought another purple one... guess I should take it or start taking 2 hyperdrives.

Edit: And I just had an english muffin at 8:00.

I believe you are supposed to take two of the purple ones in the AM and two in the PM. It's not a stimulant, so you shouldn't have to worry about two having a negative effect on you. I don't think the purple ones have anything to do with appetite suppression, either. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

That is strange that you are still so hungry. I wouldn't advise taking two at all, much less this close together. I did not enjoy that experience. Yesterday I took a second one at mid-day and it was okay. Today I'm not. It helps with my appetite for sure.

The purple are a non-stimulant appetite suppressant. It says to take 1-2 twice daily. I was only taking 1 twice daily but it looks like I need to bump it up to 2 twice per day. I will stick with 1 hyperdrive. I don't want to be bouncing off the walls.

I tried Lean Dreams last night and slept like a baby!

Appetite suppressants work mostly on emotional/mental cravings, not tricking your empty stomach into thinking that it's full. Your stomach is telling you that you need nutrition.

either way you neeeeeed to be eating. I eat 5-6 times a day on the Hyperdrive/Zero-Stim

you should be eating something every 2-3 hours, small meals to kickstart your metabolism

You're only as strong as you allow yourself to be...

I know. I am just so fucking tired of being fat. It is hard to make myself eat b/c I'm afraid to keep gaining weight. I'm eating a turkey sandwich w/ organic green tea.

I tried Lean Dreams last night and slept like a baby!

Nice. The purple ones do start to take effect after a few days in the system. Remember they are a cortisol blocker also.

Take them around 45min before you eat though.

Ok, will do. I took them w/ an english muffin yesterday and today. I'll start taking them before I eat going forward. I tend to have a very sensitive tummy so I was nervous about taking them on an empty stomach.

I wasn't able to eat all of my sandwich and I am FULL. I think I am just being impatient... typical April. I've just let myself get to the point where I'm beyond frustrated and I feel like my goal weight is unattainable. You know? Totally my fault... I've somehow let myself become a gluttonous fatass. But I'm hoping that after this cycle I'll be looking and feeling much better. I'm just disgusted with myself.
