.......and I am going to be hurting later on that's for sure! Did a good chest workout. I pushed my lifts up a bit in weight and felt proud of myself. Wieghed in a 183 today and was lifting reps of 175 on bench on my last set. That's good for me

Hung over lifting with Skip is NOT something I recommend! It was my last night to enjoy my love of beer for a while, so I went a bit overboard. Chest is a bit sore today but not as bad as I expected. Bi's and back tonight, woohoo
LOL, I am glad you see it. I see myself everyday so I am noticing much of a change yet other than feeling fatter around my stomach . We'll just keep busting ass in the gym and see how it goes from there Tomorrow is back and Bi's. I gotta find better substitutes for some back work
I am a little sore today! Good workout yesterday. I will be ready to go for tonight. The last 2 weeks I may see how recovery goes after workouts and move to 2 sets a week if I can find the time to hit the gym that much. Gotta get the most out of it while I can right?
