Very impressive progress, and it's been fun hearing about your "journey" on the forums alongside the head injuries suffered throughout...haha
It seems you recognize nearly all muscle groups in your training routines. I'm glad you also recognize the importance of a damn tan now...haha. It's crazy what a little color will do to a person. Lucky for me it's natural...but I'm still down to hit a tanning bed here and there.
As a bit of constructive criticism...you have great delts, but it seems you could stand to do a bit of matching with the upper traps. Maybe it's the pose, or maybe it's just my personal preference on trap size however.
But again...GREAT work, it's very apparent that you're gained ~15lbs of lean mass while decreasing body fat...and people say it's not possible.
What is your delt/shoulder workout btw? I need a little help on my delts.
