Funny story

So we lifted legs last night. Lifted leg presses HEAVY. Got home no big deal...went to bed. Around 6 am wake up in extreme pain and my wife has to pull my right heel out of my right ass cheek. The was by far the strongest cramp I have ever had...I could not straighten it myself. Poor wife thought I was having a heart attack. Guess you had to be there....

Get it all the time. Do some deap stretches after leg days. Calf cramps are the worst.

If you come up to the one on Rufe Snow, you will see me and feel free to jump in.

I eat a bunch of bananas. The mention of potassium was just my opinion, but more bananas never hurt anyone.

I'm always up for a good workout! Not nearly to your strength level yet....but I hear that moving the plates on and off the bars helps with forearms...

That's why I do one legged leg presses.
10 plates on the sled(one legged) still gets tiring after 10 plate hack squats
(I hate these, but they work soooo good!).

I used to get horrible cramps when I would skate all day in highschool. I'd wake up in the middle of the night practically screaming.
