I decided to switch to mornings because my lil girls... When I get home its hard to leav them at the door crying daddy... I just dont want to be the fatt parent u know? I want to be healthy. So if i haft to roll out of the bed at 4 30 to be healthy its worth it. IMO

First thing in the morning. Lifting in the evenings allows too much opportunity for things to happen to keep you from making your workouts, and I also have trouble sleeping after lifting heavy.

I go after work simply becasue I'm not a morning person. I can say though, that when I get up early to jog regularly, the first week is pure hell, but after my body adjusts to getting up earlier, I feel much better throughout the day, and sleep better at night.

lol Lifting first thing in the moring would allow for me to sleep in in lieu of working out. I'll stick to my afternoons.

I run at about 1 or 1:30 every morning. It's nice; I've always got time then and no one is out on the roads.

I'm with you on this one Aaron.

MWF, I do cardio at the house on the treadmill around 6-7pm
TT, I lift anywhere between 4:30-7:30pm, depending when I get off work, and do my cardio after
SS, I lift mid day 2-5pm, and do my cardio after

5x/wk 8-10 pm . . . less crowded and easier for my schedule. Only downside is that late workouts sometimes make it hard to go to sleep at a decent hour. I've tried early workouts but I'm not enough of a morning person to handle it on a regular basis. Can't handle getting up early and draggin ass by the end of the day . . .

my regards

Evenings, generally 8 to 10. Have no issues with going to sleep afterward.
Use to work out at lunch as the old job had a full gym on-site, but that's long gone now.
Tried working out mornings but generally hit the wall around 2 or 3, so have stuck w/ evenings. Beats watching bad tv...
