Ok workout?

As of now i'm working out 3 days a week, MWF, and I am wondering if it would be better if I arranged my workouts differently. Monday is Chest/Tri, Wednesday is Legs, and Friday is Back/Shoulders/Biceps. Should I switch some things around or are these workouts alright? Thanks.

Why do back, shoulders, and biceps all in the same day? That seems like an awful lot for one day.
This is my routine with abs every other day.

Chest/Tri
Back/Biceps
Shoulders
Leggs
and end up rotating a muscle group for seconds that week.

I work every muscle group with 3-4 sets and 3-4 different workouts.

Looks good since you're only doing 3 days a week.

Personally i'd move shoulders to chest day since back and legs are your biggest groups....

I can see him getting a better wk out on his plan since he will be incorporating front and rear delts in both back and bi's. If he uses good form he shouldn't be using too much shoulder on chest day. I think for a 3/wk split it is as good as any for group specific training.

Back/bi's/shoulders on a friday sure would be an easy day to slack off on/skip.
Sure would be a LONG day too!

Ha, the thing I slack off on is leg days I really only lightly hit biceps too so Fridays arent that long. Also I need some workouts for back/shoulders. As of now i'm really just doing machines for that and the only free weight excercises I get in are military press, shrugs, and pull ups.

I dont agree with that just because he's going to have a 3 day rest between back and chest anyway. So he'll be getting more shoulder work in this way... Whatever works for him though.
