This has been my schedule for about 2 months, of course with a few slips here and there.
6am Protein Shake (ride to work) 640 cal along with Fish oil pills.
7am Egg Burrito with about 4-5 eggs id say and other veggies. (calories i dont know)
9am Ill either have a packet of oatmeal or yogurt which is 200 calories.
10:30 ill have either another protein bar or another packets of oatmeal/yogurt
12pm - Lunch. It depends what they serve here. Sometimes chicken breasts, Lasuana(sp?) its fairly healthy.
2-3pm either yogurt protein bar or oatmeal.
5pm - NO Xplode then shortly after i start taking SIZEON(during work out)
8pm(or whenever i get out of gym. I make a chicken sandwich with about .5lbs of chicken. Sometimes even a side of rice if i feel like cooking more.
8:30 Protein shake with Gluatimin(sp?) along with fish oil.
9-930pm as usual, ill either have oatmeal or protein bar before i go to bed.
Then hopefully, if all goes well im in bed by 10 to do it all over again.
I depend on oatmeal, yogurt packs, and protein bars as i dont like cooking for myself.
