wrist pain

well ive tried waiting it out for 2 weeks now and this pain in my wrist isnt going away. i think it happened when i was startled by the sudden power outage at 24 hour and something in my wrist popped when i was doing some decline dumbbell presses.. the pain is on the outside of my wrist and i was wondering if you guys know what might help this heal or feel better. the pain is also causing my forearms to feel the pain too

I too have wrist pain that will not go away and hasnt in a while. Its not recommended but instead of taking off a while for your joints to recuperate,I use wrist wraps on the exercises that affect the wrist the most. Lookup Inzer for a great set of wraps and take Ib profen for pain and Glucosamine Chonditron for joint repair...................or go to the doc

I would definitely schedule a consultation with your family physician.

I have some Inzer wraps if you need some. I ALWAYS use them. I use to have problems with my wrist also, the wraps will save you.

once again...The inzer wraps work great. I used them in powerlifting becuase me small framed ass can't handle the weight my muscles could at the time (wish i still had that problem..haha)

Now when i start feeling pain i refer to athletic tape because I can tailor the wrap better to the problem area, and it's stays better than the wrist wraps.

That's what i do, and try and limit any heavy weight wrist rotational workouts. That'll give you slight recovery while you continue to lift...Thats what i had to do when i fractured my wrist..

Most people use wraps. Get you some Inzer "Z" wraps and be done with it.
