Just like the title says when is the best time to work out? i currently work the 3rd shift and get off at 12 midnight and was thinking of going straight to the gym around this time, would it benefit me at all? any advice would be helpful.
Along with being wired after a workout, another thing that can be "bad" about working out before going to bed is you may end up getting hungry and want to eat before you sleep. Working out in the morning will give your body the time it needs to burn off the calories you consume after a workout.
