At school, all the kids lifting have terrible form, and it is annoying as hell, because if you slack, you don't get the full workout.
For the first 2 weeks I worked out, (at the club) I purposely worked on form, with low weights. Now I can bust out heavy weight and have damn near perfect form, and have a productive workout.
Anyone whos says form doesn't matter is mistaken.
