TRN-X / Halovar

Alright, I started this on Wed this week (06-25)!

I got two things to say.. Damn, I am HUNGRY and THIRSTY all the
damn time!

Its a good thing I guess.. I feel a lot better in the gym, I
feel like I wanna keep going and going and going!

No looking forward to not wanting and poon tank Pie though

I will be hitting the Gym tonight. Got my membership on lunch. Looked like all they have are nautilus machines so a true max won't be possible. I'll find a bench machine and see where I'm at, I've been taking it for a week now and am up 4 lbs. Though I haven't been eating as much as I should and I know I haven't been working out like I should

Well.. Today I worked out on the flat bench with 90lb dumbells.. 2 sets of 10 -

I am used to doing 80 lb dumbells 2 x 8 -
I am sure i could have kept going

I started at 172 - i am at 176.5..

Now, I can poop and piss a pound away i am sure, but not 4!

Good stuff... i looked at my tri's after todays workout with a big ass smile

so what is this stuff? where can you get it? is it dangerous? impact your heart at all for cardio etc....

water retention? or does it keep you shredded?

Talk to Greg (GRAYHORSE) he is definitely the go to guy for supplements! I've not noticed any side effects. I've had some chest congestion which correlated with the beginning of my TRN-X, but there was a guy in the office that was sick so I'm thinking I just caught it from him. Some of the weight put on will be water weight from what I am hearing. Cardio, I haven't seen any adverse effects yet. I spent 12 min on the stationary last night with no issues what so ever. If you have any sort of major health condition I would think seriously before starting.

Flat bench - 2 X 6 with 95lb dumbells... One of my goals was to get to the benjamin- 100lbs, i am 5 lbs away!!!!!

I started May 04, I am almost done with my second week of the trnx and halovar, however, the lean muscle gains are from the stack.

I have truly noticed a difference, you know, I dont drink anymore, I eat well, and A LOT...

I am starting to tone up and get stronger... I love that stuff. Too bad we can only do it for 1 month on, three months off..
Trevor, the mini mohawk is due to the halovar only, the trnx has nothing to do with the hair..

Should be 2 weeks, you can do that in 2 weeks on a stack for sure.

Bottles run around $50 each or $90 for a stack. Halovar's a little cheaper. They run around $140 a stack in stores plus tax so you do the math there.

The stack i recommend will depend on your goals....

I have E-Pol, Halovar, TRN-X, Magnadrol, and Equitren.

Then $32 for your post cycle treatment.

Man there is no way those pictures are two weeks apart. you can't lose that much fat and gain muscle in that amount of time.

I changed my diet may 04, 2008!

I have not really seen lean muscle and tone until i started the stack,

i have been working out since may 04, 2008, I have seen change in the last two weeks...

HA HA HA .... NO! There are really no negative side effects (yet).

I am just hungry all the damn time and sleepy later in the day..

OH.. I DID 100 lb dumbells, 2 X 6 on the flat bench today..

Before the stack I was doing 80lbs...
