Weight Loss

I just got a membeship at 24 hr because i am a fat ass what do yall recomend for cardio? I was thinking 3 miles on the eliptical would be a good start. I am looking to lose about 80 pds and I know its a marathon not a sprint.

Yeah that's a good start. Try and keep the rate around 140-150.
