So mon-fri I lift for about an hour and do cardio for 40 minutes with a mix of light to heavy resistance. I don't diet, but I haven't changed my eating habits at all and I keep gaining weight. In the past 6 weeks I've probably put on 10lbs or so (from 190-200). It's not all fat though, it's size. I can see it in my arms and shoulders mostly. Could I just be going through a growth spurt? I turn 24 in a couple of months. I thought growth spurts were done by now.
