Man, today felt fucking great.
A chest/tri page from my lifting log 2 months ago says I was doing DB incline (negatives) with 65's for sets of 14, 6, 5.
Today my DB incline lifts were 65x10, 90x12, 105x7, 105x6
I was tired as hell going into the gym and the warmup set with 65 felt like total shit. Two weeks ago (I missed all of last week) I did 95's on my last set though and even though I didnt think I even had that much in me I didn't want to walk out having gone down in weight, so I thought I would probably do the 90's and then a set at 95 and be done.
It seemed like those 12 at 90 were easy as hell though!
I have never hit the 100 mark and was pretty pumped to be able to do it so I went to grab them and Don basically said "Fuck no, get the 105's"
I know it doesn't compare to what some of you lift, but damn it was a rush.
