Right now in week 9 of a 52 week program. Following parts of a book called 'The New Rules of Lifting'. Great reading even if you don't do the programs that they suggest. Based primarily on 6 aspects: squat, deadlift, lunge, push, pull, twist. It focuses on strength more than anything else. It is heavily biased towards lower body exercises and core strength. I wanted a program that was exactly that (based on strengthening). It has worked wonders for me.
