You would think, but I only went from 34's being tight to 32's being loose. The handles are gone and abs are back. I would like to weigh 180 with muscle but it will take a long time to put on 12 lbs of lean muscle. I am getting an extra 300 calories a day from the cell tech right now so I would probably drop some more if I stop taking it. I am eating 6 to 8 times a day consisting of turkey, tuna, granola bars, cereal, yogurt, beef, and grilled chicken. I am doing cardio 3 times a week and lifting legs, chest, and arms 3 times a week. I am really not sure what my ideal body weight should be. I have ranged from 163 to 200 in the past few years.
