I took cell tech and it over rated imo.It has like 75 grams of suger per serving.Some suger is good after you workout but thats alot.I did get bigger and stronger , but it was a blowted big.I have tried other creatin and seen better results but didnt get as big..I would take it in the winter time to put on size .

In my opinion most of the muscle tech stuff is overpriced and overrated. There are many good supplements that don't cost much and work. Don't be afraid of vitamin shoppe brand stuff, cheap and good. Bsn makes good stuff reasonable $. Just depends on what you're looking for.

Day 3 of loading phase. Quite surprised that I have had zero side effects using it sp far. When ever I took creatine or phosphagen before, if always gave me swampa$$ and bad gas.


started may 5 th for a 8 week cycle.


6' 0

181 lbs


43 inch chest

14 inch bicep

12 inch forearm

21.5 inch quad

15.5 calf



lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week consisting of running 2 miles and situps/ crunches

I want to do both. I am not really overweight but what little extra I do have shows greatly due to my skinny frame. In theory, I would like to drop 6 to 8 lbs of fat and add 6 - 8 lbs of muscle. At 170 my 6 pack shows, anything above and it is hidden. In the last 2 years I have ranged from 163 to 200.

update


weight 171.5

Can't find the tape for measurements but I look and feel much stronger.

Abs are finally back. Just realized today I have not been taking the cell tech correctly for the past month. I have only been taking 1 scoop and I was supposed to be taking 4 scoops a day for 5 days and then 2 scoops a day after that. Going to start over and follow the directions. Also last week I have changed my diet to strictly tuna fish with occasional chicken and beef for dinner. I feel great, have tons of energy and my clothes are now loose as I have went from 34 to 32 waist in the past month.

You would think, but I only went from 34's being tight to 32's being loose. The handles are gone and abs are back. I would like to weigh 180 with muscle but it will take a long time to put on 12 lbs of lean muscle. I am getting an extra 300 calories a day from the cell tech right now so I would probably drop some more if I stop taking it. I am eating 6 to 8 times a day consisting of turkey, tuna, granola bars, cereal, yogurt, beef, and grilled chicken. I am doing cardio 3 times a week and lifting legs, chest, and arms 3 times a week. I am really not sure what my ideal body weight should be. I have ranged from 163 to 200 in the past few years.

First 8 weeks cycle is done

166.5 as of this morning


For the next 8 weeks I am going to step up cardio and lifting to 7 days a week and see what the outcome is. I don't know if it is the creatine in the cell tech but I have nearly zero recovery time even after lifting heavy, this is something I have never eperienced when using other creatines.

Started a 4 week halo / epol stack today. 6' 0 and weigh 167. Would not mind getting back to 180 again without the fat. Here is a before pic.

Really that stack is made for pure strength. You're not suppose to gain much weight on it. It's very dry. Im sure your veins are starting to come out more already though. You can make it to 180 lean though if you keep eating as much as you can!

No max's, I work out on a weider plate/resistance gym and I don't know what each plate x the resistance is equal to. I have free weights but don't have enough weights for bench pressing.

My experience with their hardcore products were positive for about two weeks. On the third week, I got really dehydrated (headaches, fatigue, the works) even though I was drinking more water than they recommended - not to mention panic attacks. Not for me but hopefully you'll have a better experience.

My bad should've specified, their as in BSN No Xplode and CellTech/MuscleTech Hardcore Stuff. Yeah considering that NO Xplode is one of the most used supplements in the world and not very strong at all.

Yeah, I talked to my doctor and all he could offer as an explanation is that some people are just more susceptible than others to energy/stimulant supplements, which can in turn induce panic attacks or like symptoms. I've taken a lot of supplements in my time but this was the first that gave me a reaction like that. Thought it was just me but I've read on a couple bodybuilding forums of people having similar experiences.

Still taking cell tech. I don't think I am bloated. 9 lbs in 2 weeks, I am sure some is water, and I have been eating like crazy so I think I may have gained about 1 pound of fat at most around my mid section. But the rest looks to be muscle. Gonna hit it hard the second half of the cycle and see I can reach 180.

If you wanted size you should have taken the TRN-X/Magnadrol stack not the leanest stack on the market. 10lbs is the norm for that stack though, Good Job!

well since everyone is posting there results i might as well post mine. i started working out on june 10 and i work out every other day since. that is also the day i started taking celltech. when i first started i was really under weight. i was
6'3 and weighed 160 and im on my 2nd "tub" of celltech now and i weigh 184 just by eating more, taking celltech, and working out everyother day i gained 24lbs so yeah i luv this shit lol

You dont hold much water from that stack. There's no Pheraplex in it.

Stopped doing cardio, just eating clean and still lifting. Scale says bf has dropped 4% since I baselined on it but still think it is reading way high.
