Quality protien

The wife is cutting out a lot (not all) of meat in her diet, and is looking for a good protien drink to supplement her workouts since she's not getting it in her diet.

Can anyone reccommend a good protien that is reasonable? I buy all my BSN products from Mass Nutrition and am about put in another order. I just want to pay to ship one order instead of two.

And, this being DFWStangs.net, I've already tried her to swallow nature's protien, she doesn't go for that. She's a spitter, has been for the last 17 years....

She should look into Evopro made by cytosport. It's low carb, low cal, and has a blend of different proteins, and even with that it still taste great. It's what my wife and i have even switched too. It's my best selling protein powder.

Thanks, I added a Choc Evopro to my order. I'm just glad my wife has decided to stick with this gym membership for more than 3 weeks this time.

Are their shipping prices outragous?

I knew their shipping had to be a little high, but those are great prices!

If I would have bought locally, the difference between shipping and tax is only $3.86.

That's more than worth it when you consider my time and gas.
