Im the same as I have been. still at 231.. I think my body is just taking its sweet ass time now, after 40 pounds loss in the past year. Im also not going to be able to do cardio for a week or so. Did the mud run this last weekend and 50% of my skin is rubbed off my feet, I can barley walk right now in shoes. Did finish the 10K mud run in 1:01, this year though.
I really should have entered this.
Been on a very good diet, and in the gym 6 days a week, 1.5-2 hrs a day
(without missing one workout in 14 weeks now).
I've seen drastic improvements.
I got told by a girl this morning that I'm starting to look like a gorilla, haha!
I have not worked out in 3 weeks and im going crazy!! Apparently my little accident with Matt cause my bone to calcify so its been bothering me. I tried to go jogging and it bruised up and started all over again. So im going to start training again on Tuesday. Im wearing my shin pads the whole time though. I do not want this shit getting worse. Im still at the same weight which is 129. So i guess thats good.
I've been out sick since Sunday. This morning is my first day back at work, and I'm still not 100%.
Figure this shit out: Never missed a workout, eating clean, and I was stuck on a plateau last week at 244. The only thing I think I could've done better is that I didn't get as much water as I should have Fri-Saturday. Sat my ass on the couch from Sunday-today and ate high calorie/high fat "comfort food", and I dropped two pounds. But I did chug water all day, every day. I dunno.
My routine has totally gone to shit since i tore my cartilage. Ive had a lot of stuff on my mind since then and its hard for me to stay focus or have the ambition to go workout and keep up with my diet.
Im disappointed in myself because i was actually seeing good results and puting on weight.
i was thinking about this today.. .haven't seen a lot of the same piss and vinegar as before.
My scale still says 248, but my jeans feel like when I was in the high 230's. I must be doing something right.
I am definitely getting stronger, but weight is the same, must be all muscle gain/fat loss. I should be in great shape by the end of this, been hitting the gym 6 times a week M T TH F morning and T TH at night for plyo's and such.
Ok well I havent lost alot of weight because I started working out and I realy like to lift weight aiming on getting big. So as of yesterday Im at 252 with about a gallon or more of water in me and Im down to 20% BF and a pant size or 2 depends on which one's I put on.
