Im addicted to the gym!

Ive been going and its actually not bad i watch tv while i do cardio... I think the hardest part is just getting started hopefully i can stay motivated!

I've had a really rough week at work. The only thing keeping me sane is running my ass off and pounding the weights.

man! i remember when i was addicted. it was the best. it didnt matter if i was sick or hungover. i always went to the gym. those were the days.

Yep driving is also therapy haha. I am tired when im done but im alot stronger mentally after a good workout. I dont think alot of people realize that working out is not only good for your body but its good for your mind.

there was my knee which I twisted back in october then I broke my foot a few months ago at work. So I've been taking the rehab easy, I'm trying for an injury free year.

I'm addicted as well. I'm deployed currently and its not going back to my bed that I look for during work, its looking forward to the gym. I hate the days that I don't go to the gym, not only cause of the no gym, but I do laundry lol.

I'm really getting into working out and toning my body.

I've been at it for 20 years, so it's kind of a habit for me. It's so much of a habit, when I had my ACL reconstructed in August of 2006, since I couldn't work out, I lost weight where most others would have gained weight from laying on their ass.

I went from 220 to 209 and my left leg looked like a circus freak show because it had atrophied so much.

I still can't do squats like I used to, but the leg press and smith machine are my friends.
