What gym do you work out at?

Im working out at the 24hour fitness in mesquite on galloway.
The reason i ask is because ive already met 1 guy from the board. And was talking to someone else today about the scale in the bathroom not being accurate. Turns out hes driving a red 05 up GT.

I'm not a gym type of person. I have my bench, dumbbells and elliptical machine at home.

It's the opposite for me. My membership usually lasts a month or two then I continue to pay for the rest of the year without going. At home, I've been able to stick with it for several months now.

that one is right behind my house. i hope it doesnt SUCK like the frisco one.. the frisco one seems to be 99% pretty boys who just want to throw weight around to try look mean. lots of juicers running arond flexing and posing, and the floor plan of the weights section is perfect if all you do is bench 225 and curl 20s.

im willing to drive all the way to the parker/alma 24 hour to avoid the frisco one.. maybe little elm will be better.. since its all of 3 miles from my house.

They must buy their scales from the same place that 24 Hour in Plano does. I got on it a week or so ago, and it was showing that I weigh in the low 180's (I'm 215ish). It's the first time that Dave's been under 300 in a year or so. lol That cardio must be doing it's doing it's job.

Thanks for finding out for me.

Not worth the extra drive for a measily 5-10 extra lbs.
We have 120's at the one on Rufe Snow.
Guess I will just hafta superset or dropset.

I use alternating DB presses towards the end of my workout... not the 120s, though.

is it going to be a FULL gym? or just set up for power lifters? how big are you going on dumbells? .. What about memeber ship hookups for board memebers? its most prob to far for me to drive during the week, but it would be a nice place to alternate my sat chest work out at.

Full gym, yeah, you'll have the hook up. Plan is for DB's over 150lbs.

How are you financing all this?
Small Business Administration guaranteed 7a loan?
Machinery and equipment for a FULL gym can run easily into a 6 digit figure.
Do you already have a proper business plan?
Just curious how serious you really are.

I go to LA Fitness in Highland Village to hit weights, I also hit the one in Lewiville for cardio and when I'm at my parents house I'll visit the one in Las Colinas or the 24 hr. in Valley Ranch/Irving.
