Week #3 Weigh-In

How we doin' boys and girls?

I'm down a total of 13lbs to 251 now.

Full steam ahead, and lifting harder than I have in years. Feels damn good.

Have been eating clean for about a month now. Probably 1600-1800 cals a day and high protein. I've noticed I get more full off small meals than before.

I have been lifting mainly, so I doubt i'm losing weight yet

I actually gained 2 lbs since last week and i have worked harder. Im pretty sure its muscle weight though after training twice on Saturday at 2 different gyms. Im still fucking sore and im training again tonight as well. I can definitly see a huge difference in 3 weeks!

I am not in the competition though.

Protien shake in the morning, chicken breast and romaine lettuce for lunch and topped off with another chicken breast for dinner( I love chicken).

Thanks Frank! You are doing a great job - you should have signed up! It definitely helps when we are all working to lead a healthier lifestyle... I REALLY want to eat the birthday cake in the refrigerator but I'm resisting. I have one bite when Steven eats it.

Still at 240 I'm just going to bite the bullet and trade in my truck for a nice sedan and use the savings to enroll at Trinity Combat Academy since 360mma and Travis Lutter's place are too far for me.

Pneumonia is keeping me out of the gym. Going on week 3 of being sick. Finally went to the doc yesterday. $300, 2 shots in the ass, 3 bottles of pills and mandatory bedrest. Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?

well ive cut down to drinking once a week. sticking to eating healthier.....but still working on that sodium intake. my weight loss goal since last week has been 4 lbs a week with my caloric intake at 1,498. man it sucks because i still get hungry. ive also been working out. ill get my weigh in tomorrow. i need to quit being cheap and buy a scale instead of using the bulk mail post office scale.

Seeing this challenge has given me the extra motivation I need. At weigh in when I started 3 weeks ago I was at 262 and now down to 248. My goal is 210 by October since it'll be my 20 year reunion. Just eating about 4 to 5 meals a day, working out about 1.5 hours 4 days a week with cardio and light cardio on my days off as well as stopping the soda and eating before bed time. I also quit smoking over a year ago.
It's time for a motherfucking change.

Well, Im not in the competition but I have been doing the competition on my own (didnt get the pics in, in time...

Im down 3lbs and down 3% body fat. Been going to the gym 6-7 days a week and 2 times a day for 3-4 of those days. I burn about 400-500 calories doing cardio and whatever 25-30 min of weightlifting is... Im finally seeing a change in my stomach and it feels GOOD

I'm actually up 4lbs since I was sick for most of last week... where I was down 10lbs from throwing up and not being able to eat.

I'm not in the competition, but...

I'm down from 276(last time I weighed, probably about a month or two ago) to 264lbs.
Strength is back up to norm or above and bodyfat seems to be melting away.
In the gym 6 days a week, 1 bodypart per day for 1.5 hrs(most think this is insane, but it's what works best for me).

It's funny how a very strict diet, cutting out drinking completely, and an intense workout can ALMOST take the place of cardio.

IM a fucking douche bag!!! I can't keep motivated I dont have a partner to work out with because my brother is damn gina and my other partner the very first day we went to the gym he was like" fuck this im gonna start a cycle" Fuck that!! I have lost a few inches off my waist from just eating better but its hard for me to get to the gym, and do a good work out.
