numd toes??

i was running on the elyptical (sp) today and my toes kept trying to go numb. why do you think that is? i have some good cross training shoes

my toes feel a bit numb at times when on the elliptical...just keep going

I do the elliptical 6x a week. Every now and then mine get kind of numb.

mine get numb too when i am on the elliptical. i am pretty sure it is normal.

It's from putting pressure on the nerves for such a long period. Kinda like when you're foot falls asleep.

You should worry if they stay numb after your done.

Happened all the time when I had my ProForm elliptical. With the new one, the pedals are height adjustable at the heel and angled inward a couple of degrees to take some pressure off your toes and ankles. No more numb toes.
