? about weight loss
Ok starting Jan 1 08 I weighed in at 232. As of this morning I am down to 202. My question is more about keeping it off. I am coming close to my goal of 190lbs but I have been eating less (obvioulsy) to drop. Since I have been dieting do you think my metabilism has slowed down? I am not going to go back to eating bad..but I am going to eat more for sure. I am going to be 30yrs old this year and I am 6' large framed. What should my calorie intake be daily to maintain a ceartin weight? I work out in the gym 3 times a week for about a hour a day... and I ride a road bike on the weekends and some evenings during the week.
