What's for lunch contestants???

Just wondering who is eating what to achieve or deviate their
goals that they have set.

I'm not in the competition, but here is what I'm eating for lunch(no skin, of course!).
Hopefully this post will educate some folks on what they should
and should not be eating.

Lunch for me today will include Campbell's chunky healthy request vegetable beef soup, adding a piece of grilled chicken, and a piece of whole wheat bread.

soup - 220 cals, 14g protein
bread - 70 cals, 3g protein
chicken - 110 cals, 20g protein

I havent decided.. i have sliced turkey at work.. canned salmon and canned tuna.. i also have some rice i can cook up here.. so maybe some rice and salmon or turky.. but.. that being said i stil have to choke down 3 meals before 4.. might have to throw in some labra lean body shakes.

1 can of raviolis, 3 creme cakes, 1 bag of chips, and protein shake.
about 1300 calories

i bought some minute rice.. very convenient... 170 calories.. 40 from fat(zero saturated). 28g carbs ( zero sugar). 3g protein and 125g whole grain.. that with some diced up turkey and a glass of low sodium v8

After my workout at around 7pm I had a protein shake.. I was thinking about getting some diner together but didn't feel hungry which is weird for me.

I had an apple and some yogurt..
