I cleaned up my diet a good deal, and no strength loss, so even though the scale is heading in the wrong direction...I'll take it as a plus.
My workout regiment for the last week:
"Fran" w/ 95lb barbell (I need to go less, lost intensity)
21 squat thrusters, 21 pullups
15 squat thrusters, 15 p/u
Time was just under 10 mins.
Burpie ladders climbing to 8 and down, to 6 and down, to 4 and down
100 pushup burst
50 jump rope double unders, 50 sit-ups
40 d/u, 40s/u
Finished in 16:36
Combat focused PT
Wore full ACUs, flak jacket, and ACH
Ran 1 mile
Lunged ~30m uphill
50 air squats
Bear crawl ~70m
My shoulders have been dead all weak, so the bear crawls were damn near impossible for me. This weekend is going to be a nice rest.
