Is there any part of the muscle on the forearm I'm missing if I'm doing underhand curls, overhand curls, and hammer curls? I'm wanting to target the muscles around the first half of my arm closest towards my wrist along (have small wrists) with my forarem. I'm just not sure if what I'm doing is targeting that area.
Also is there and difference in doing curls with a straight bar then one of the non straight bars?
