Help me satisfy my sweet tooth!

I need to find some healthy, sweet snacks to curb my sweet tooth! Dessert is always my downfall. I LOVE sweets! What are some healthy things that I can indulge in when I am craving something sweet?

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

For some odd reason I've been craving something sweet in the evenings after my dinner salad. Of late, I'm mixing up either a small serving of thawed fruit (mostly berrys), a small bowl of granola cereal, a banana with honey or something similar. Good luck.

try the 100 calorie snacks from wally world. I like em. Non-fat yogart. nutra-grain bars are also pretty good, not sure on the calorie or carbs on those.

Grapes

Also for those of you who hate water & want to know what you can do to flavor it when you are out to eat.

Try a lemon with 1 packet of Sweet n Low. It makes the water taste pretty good.

sugar free jello and pudding cups work, but i also love the skinny cow stuff or the sweet freedom ice cream stuff. heck the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are so huge (140cal) that i started cutting them in half and just have half of one and it satisfies. i also sometimes do sugar free hot chocolate with some marshmellows and we keep some dark chocolate in the house so you can just have a nibble of that.

Another option when you feel a craving is to drink as much water as you can hold at the time. You would be amazed at how your craving may dissipate with a stomach full of water.

Not only that, but dehydration can mimic the signs of hunger..so many people eat thinking they are "needing" food when they are really needing water! That is another reason it works also. By the time you are feeling thirsty you are already dehydrated, so it stands to reason.

Thats a lot of water BS, good on you!

I don't usually throw around the "suck it up and do it" attitude too much, but I have a major sweet tooth too, and the way I've fought it is to just tell myself not to be weak. I know I don't need it, it's counter productive to my goals, so shut up and move on. It's been workin' so far.

English Toffee Crunch
POINTS value 2
Rich English toffee and cool, creamy toffee ice cream what could possibly be better than that? Offered in a 12-pack, each English Toffee Crunch Bar contains low-fat toffee ice cream, a milk chocolate-flavored coating with toffee pieces, 110 calories, 6 grams of fat and 2 grams of fiber.

My mom buys these. I'll usually grab one when I go by my parents' house, they are pretty damn good.
