Transformation secret weapon...

Some of you have the personal trainers and some of you have the supplements to help you out. I'm going with the old school literature My pops was an amature body builder back in college and collected a bunch of body building mags a such. There were just a few of his guides he used for working out. Any of you old school body builders might recognize the names.












Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

Of course it's not the books, it's the proper technique when lifting in the gym that the body builders in the books are teaching me

I really don't think one is better than the other, they're the 2 best exercises to improve overall fitness.

I have a feeling more people hurt their backs picking up children than squating or deadlifting.

Ironicaly I've never gotten hurt doing squats and leg lifts, but I have had problems with both leg extensions and curl. Going heavy always has the potential for injury, regardless of the movement.
