Thats awsome, what class?

This one is better, an internet friend of mine. Chris is 195lbs and will be moving up to the 220's to go after Johnnie Jackson record this year at Europa witch is 822lbs. Look how small he is for the weight.

Weight class right now would be heavy, he's just shy of 300. He'll cut down to 250 though for contest... As far as weight, I have seen him do 805 in person (during a workout) and he's done (according to him) 815+. I'll ask. He's more of a body buider/strongman competitor, so you'd probably never see him come in to a contest like that prepped.

Johnny was a trainer at my old gym.
Has anyone else noticed his nasty ass callus buildup on his neck from doing so many squats?
It sticks up at least an inch high!

Hahah, good 'ol Metroflex. I used to work out there like... 12 years ago. Used to see Ronnie Coleman there every night. Looks like a different location now. Nothing like heavy weight and Pantera blasting to get you to kick your own ass.

Cool vid Don.
