Oh... but it is. Due to this stupid "transformation" thingie I am ending my mini-bulk a bit early (I'll fatten up a touch before I lean out after the 'before' pics), but my 1,000 calorie after-workout shake is the fucking shit!
3 scoops vanilla whey, 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon hershey's powdered cocoa, 1 cup milk, blend and enjoy. It's basically a peanut butter cup shake.
