Any one doing diets or what not ever get really tired and cranky??
I don't know what was my problem but yesterday I was dozing off after work on my way home it really freaked me out almost killed my self . I got home and passed out on the couch for 30 mins woke up and I was like a bear that just came out of hibernation all sorts of angry at the world . I couldnt make it to the gym from being soo tired.
Yeah, I eat normal though I had a huge ass chicken ceasar salad for lunch, Kashi go lean for breakfast, shake mid morning and after lunch. Im going to see a trainer tomorrow for a accesment for my diet and work out plan.
