Handy link for eating out/healthy

Too lazy to cook one night, or in a social situation?

http://www.healthydiningfinder.com/site/

It's FAR from covering all the different restaurants, but Chili's, Macaroni grill and a few other mainstays are on there. They only list the better things on the menu, so it's a nice quick reference.

Worked for me today at lunch. Because I found this site, I had a 530 calorie meal at Qdoba, instead of 1200 (!) calorie nachos.

once you actually start to keep track of things, it's almost second nature.

You know what's higher in calories and fat, stay away from em

Yeah, I've heard that before. That after a few months, you can look at a plate and get pretty good at approximating what it totals up to. I've never liked math, in any of it's forms, so this was a nice quick reference.
