There seems to be a lot of badasses in the pumping iron forum. It’s time to put up or shut up. Show us what you got! Summer will be here shortly and this transformation will get you ready for the pool, lake, beach, or whatever.
The transformation can be weight loss, bulk, muscle gain, anything you think will make the best transformation for you to win.

How contestants will be judged: Each judge ranks the contestants from first to last. If there are 10 contestants, each first place vote is awarded 10 points, which decreases the 10th place vote which would be awarded 1 point. Then all the results would be tallied up to decide the contestant’s place.

Prizes:

*$50 in supplements, and a Verious sample Prize Pack, from Lockoutforums.com - Grayhorse

*$100 in supplements from National AutoCare in Arlington!

*Prize Pack from Cammin4V

*(2) Muay Thai and (2) Grappling Classes OR 4 Cardio Kickboxing Classes Sponsored by 360 MMA, Classes thought by Liam McCarty/ from wario and 360 MMA

*$25 in supplement money from MotoMan

Start Date: Feb 15 2008

End Date: May 15 2008

Rules:
• Must be an active poster on Dfwstangs (Judges discretion)
• Before and After pictures required with newspaper (and close up of date on newspaper so we can verify the date)
• A minimum of 4 before and after pictures of different poses (relaxed front with newspaper), relaxed back or flexed back, front double bicep or most muscular, legs). Make sure these pictures will allow the judges to accurately see your progress. Also keep before and after pictures under the same conditions (i.e. lightning, cameras, poses, flexing). More poses/pictures are encouraged.
• No use of illegal drugs and/or designer steroids/prohormones/hgh (obviously this will be on the honor system)
• Any of the contestants who does not complete the starting pics, final pics, or any of the other requirements will be disqualified.

Short bio about yourself:Started lifting at 20.. 165lbs,@22%. by 22 i was [email protected]%, and then fucked up my back and took 6-7 years off. I lifted on and off for a year or 2 got up to a 505x5lbs bench @320lbs and then stopped again and balloned up to 348. im down to 325 now and hoping to get much leaner and more musclular looking

Supplements that will be used during the contest:glutamine, Vit C, ZMA , Protein.

Short Term Goal: 3month goal get below 300lbs and maintian

Long Term Goal:250lbs or less.

You could drop 25 lbs easily in three months. You need to do more like 50 lb goal.

i gained 8lbs doing cardio 4 days a week and taking in 1300 calories a day.. there is no rhym or reason to my weight loss and gain.. The raven will attest.. what works for 99% of ppl, doesnt work for me.

Short bio about yourself: Well I sit at a desk for the most part now. I will work out 5-7 days aweek depending on what goes on during the weekend. Thats atleast what I did last time I was doing this and lost 15lbs and 4%BF in a month.

Supplements that will be used during the contest: Isopro Protien shake w/Mootopia skim milk, xtreme Definition, and Optimen vitamin. I may get noxplode or some other work out enhansers and will post them up after I look into a few more

Short Term Goal: Win this comp. by loosing 15% body fat and gettin swole as hell I would like to get down to 215-225 but still be big.

Long Term Goal: keeping it off and maintaining a healthy life.

Will have pics maybe by tomorrow ill post them on here.

I'm widely recognized as a public figure. I have been noted for my contributions, not only to music and entertainment, but also to the civil rights movement, the education system, 3rd world politics, time travel, alternate energy, and wildlife preservation. At the tender age of 7, I invented the turntable, as well as the refrigerator, microwave, oxygen, and sex. After a short stint in a Buddhist monastery, where I meditated while holding my breath for 33 straight days with no food or water, I returned to the lab and created one of the most notable inventions.... I assume you're taking Halodrol liquid gels and not Halodrol-50.
Since halodrol-50 is a designer steroid/prohormone.

Halodrol Liquid Gels/X-Factor are ok...

Short bio about yourself: I've lifted weights 3-4 times in the last 10 years.

Supplements that will be used during the contest: Miller Lite, various whiskeys, Kodiak

Short Term Goal: Not get fat, maybe put on some muscle mass, lean up a bit.

Long Term Goal: Not die of a heart attack before I teach my kid to drive and wheel ladies.

Other: (Optional) Power sunroof. AC and DC. Plenty of shocks.

Pics: Fine, but it wont be near as easy to win now...

yeah I think the haldrol-50 is no longer on the shelfs. I just take the Liquid caps now. I actually saw a nice gain from them. Of course I was on that Jet Fuel when I was on the cycle & lost more then I gained. But my bench went up by 50lbs & my squats also went up.

I just really have to work on my legs.

Short bio about yourself:Went from 270+ last year down to 230, have since then stayed in the 235-230 range, but need to get back in gear.

Supplements that will be used during the contest: Supplements whats that? I take Protein shakes after a hard bike ride but thats about it.

Short Term Goal: Would like to drop another 20 pounds for this contest, maybe 30.

Long Term Goal:Get down to 190 or so.

Supplements that will be used during the contest: NO xplode, ON whey, creatine mono, glutamine

Short Term Goal: For the 3 months: drop 3-4% body fat, but maintain 175+ lbs weight.

Long Term Goal: 185-190 @ 10% or less.

Im not going to enter the contest, but I figured I would go along with everything and see how I do.

Age:24

Sex:M

Height:6'

Weight:193 in the morning.

Short bio about yourself: Been in the fitness industry for a few years. Ran a few half marathons, played sports competitively, worked out for a while. Currently the fitness director at Golds gym in garland. Degree in Kinesiology from TCU, Cooper Biomechanics certified, ACSM CPT certified, about to be NASM certified. Always been a hard gainer due to my constant high pace at my job. Weighed 175 in HS, and never dropped below that.

Supplements that will be used during the contest: Usually Rockstar or Monster, Jay Robb's protein, Muscle Milk, Multi, good diet. May add something if it gets closer to spring break and im not to 200 yet.

Short Term Goal: Continue gaining up to 200, while staying around 10% BF(currently 10.5% as of 2/4). Then drop the BF% down to 7-8%.

Long Term Goal: Live a healthy lifestyle. Not worried about how much I can bench of squat, just looks and athleticism. Increase my vertical, so I can dunk again.

I've put together a spreadsheet that will be updated once a week based on the information that you post in the weekly thrat that will be posted for progress uodates. To be added to the contestr post your info in this thread and I'll get you added. If you have any suggestion for additional fields, like waist/arm/leg measurements, feel free to post up. Those of you that I know personally, let me know if you want me to add your first name, I didn't want to assume for anyone.

Short bio about yourself: I began working out in July after successfully dropping 10% of my body weight in 5 weeks. Since that time, I have increased from 144 lbs to my current weight of 158 while only seeing a 2% difference in body fat (currently 14-15%, was at 12-13% @ 144)

Supplements that will be used during the contest: Whey protein, glutamine, NO Xplode, Green Bulge Creatine, Uni Liver tabs

Short Term Goal: Cut weight back into the 9% range I enjoyed briefly in early November.

Long Term Goal: Get a nice muscular physique, possibly compete in various lifting comps.

i wouldnt worry about either of those. not everyone will have access to someone or a machine to get their bf%. bmi is pretty much worthless IMO.

Ok since im a judge i have a question. Some peoples goals are more than others. Are we judging by who acheives their goal? I think some of the goals that are set are to easy and not fair for others.

how do you define whats easy for others? its alot hard for me, ever at 325 to lose 25lbs then some ppl even 100lbs lighter then me.. so how and who decides whats is easier?

I think it should be who's made the most drastic change for the (better) to there body. The way this is setup seems to me that the people trying to bulk up or whatnot may have a advantage on looks since basicly thats what were going by.

For the smaller people saying they want to get ripped or get a six pack but they are already slim as fuck. That would take nothing compared to the people that are bigger and want to lose 50 lbs. Another factor is that bigger people can lose weight faster than anyone else. Shit Bigg Matt could take a shit and lose 5 lbs.

The only reason im asking cause im not sure how to judge cause everyone has different goals. Shouldn't there be catagories?
