Starting up again
Well I was on here awhile back and you guys were awesome with the info and incouragement. I tryed to do too much too soon and hurt my self like a noob. Soo im back again to the Iron section for news and your awesomeness, me and the bro started our program monday and will be going at it at least 5 days aweek.
Isopure Zero carb for my protien shake its kinda tasty.
Optimen mutli vitamin and some xtreme Definition for apitite supresion and energy.
Diet=Kashi protien with mootopia milk for breakfast, shake mid morning, low fat and carb lunch high protien, shake, work out, then lowfat and carb, high protien dinner and a yogurt or something before bed to keep my metabolism up.
Im 6'2" at 257 right now I belive 27%BF. Im looking to loose the love handles and just get big and lean.
any suggestions on supplements for work out or ideas to help out are always appreciated.
